Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders shipping to Illinois will be charged sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please note that on you order and email your tax exempt certificate to orders@connectorconcepts.com
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are preauthorized at time of checkout, but not charged until your order ships.
Shipping options and freight costs
Orders placed in our webstore will ship via UPS. If you want to use your preferred freight service or UPS account number, please note that on your order at checkout.
Return policy
The redemption policy is fast and easy! Just call us to set up delivery! We will need the numbers from your certificate, along with when and where the items will be delivered!
Where can I find info for corporate packages and gifts?
If product is in new condition, you have 30 days to return material. Once received in like new condition, we'll issue a credit for the line item material cost. Customer is responsible for the freight cost to and from. If 30 days has pasted since your date of purchase, please contact us at sales@connectorconcepts.com and we'll try to work with you on a return. Please note that a 20% stock fee might apply.
